Steakhouse BlueFire will now be known as simply "Steakhouse" in a bid to reduce confusion for it customers and the public alike.

The change has been prompted by the mix up between this restaurant at Pier 35 Marina with BlueFire Churrascaria Grill at Docklands. It was noticed that people remembered the word "BlueFire" so when they called directory assistance they were put through to "BlueFire" instead of "Steakhouse BlueFire". A number of people also turned up at one venue when they had a booking at the other location.

To assist in the clarification of these two different restaurants, a new web site has been launched - www.steakhouse.net.au.
