House cured salmon with warm kipfler potato salad and chive & fennel vinaigrette
Peppered beef carpaccio of aged Black Angus drizzled with truffle olive oil, shaved parmesan and pickled forest mushrooms
Crispy spice dusted calamari with an olive salad and smoked tomato relish
Prawn and seafood cocktail with wasabi mayonnaise on Asian slaw & balsamic reduction

Crispy skinned Tasmanian salmon served over garlic spinach, potato puree and a salsa of kalamata olives, caper berries, tomato & basil
