We thoroughly enjoyed our Slow Sunday lunch at the Steakhouse last week, and will be returning this Sunday to try out another venue - Andrew, July 06

I wish to bring to your attention, the superb Customer Satisfaction traits that was displayed by the evening Manageress, Natalia, and her very friendly and warm crew on that night, which made my dinner, with my wife and daughter, a very memorable one, from the first experience we had sometime back. When we arrived, the greeting from Natalia was a very warm one, and when I introduced myself to her, I realised that the dinner would be to our perfection.

The drinks were very well presented and very quick to arrive at the table, the courtesy, was one hundred percent what I expected and the friendliness of the staff that night, in Susie, Micheal, Derrick, Maria, and Natalia was something that will always bring us back to the Steakhouse Grill. The food was to perfection and our compliments to the Chef - a Japanese young man - and there was nothing anyone could complain about even from the other tables, as I was watching the service being provided all diners through the glass reflection near the entry. My wife being a Chef in a Private Hospital commented on the presentation, taste, temperature and timing of each dish, dessert and coffee.

In all, it was great to be served by this very professional crew - not knowing them at all - and I would appreciate if you can pass on our most sincerest thanks for a job WELL DONE!.

We celebrated our Christmas in your restaurant (NewQuay) today and found the food wonderful, the atmosphere fantastic and the staff were incredibly impressive.

With all tables filled, the staff were very busy and yet had time to smile at the diners and show great courtesy at all times. The food was delicious and every member of my family was impressed. We arrived with a ring-in from Hong Kong (my brother had not mentioned another person!), we were accommodated and the Host was very gracious to us all. We will highly recommend your restaurant to people.

Thanks for a wonderful meal.

The friendly service was fantastic, the men serving the food were wonderful (we want one at home!) Adele was fantasmagorical! Her warm, bubbly attitude really added to our experience - she even made time to have a chat.

We really loved the pumpkin dip & want the recipe - our only disappointment of the evening was that we couldn't get it. Great food, great service, great time.
