Christmas Cancellation policy
Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to event will forfeit the amount paid if the seats are not re sold prior to the event.
Refunds will only be given after the event if the seats were re-sold.
Cancellations must be made initially by telephone and followed up in writing via fax or email.

Lamb and pine nut empanada with chimichurri and tomato salsa
Confit pork belly roll with apple glaze and pickled vegetables
Tart of glazed pumpkin, roast capsicum, feta and pomegranate jam

Roasted turkey breast with an apricot & sage stuffing, root vegetables and cranberry sauce
Grilled beef tenderloin (220g) on a creamy truffle mash, with red wine jus and onion compote
Slow roast lamb served with kipfler potato, seasonal vegetables and red wine shallot glaze
Pan-fried snapper fillet on sweet potato mash with roasted vine tomatoes & citrus herb sauce
Spaghettini with wilted spinach, mushrooms and olives with white wine & blue cheese sauce
