½ doz Smokey Bay oysters with devilled prosciutto and parmesan crust
Crispy spice dusted calamari with rocket, olive and caper berry salad and semi dried tomato dressing
Peppered beef Carpaccio of aged Black Angus, drizzled with garlic olive oil, shaved parmesan and rocket
Dad’s homemade sausage pan fried and tossed through a delightful salad of rocket, walnut and pumpkin with a honey mustard & caper berry dressing

Roasted turkey breast with an apricot & sage stuffing, root vegetables and cranberry sauce
Glazed Christmas ham with oven roasted vegetables, roast potatoes and honey baked apple
Grilled Beef tenderloin (220g) on a creamy truffle mash, with red wine jus and onion compote
Grilled Rockling fillet on a green pea & garlic mash with roasted vine tomatoes, citrus herb sauce
