- Prawn and seafood cocktail with wasabi mayonnaise on Asian slaw & balsamic reduction
- Dad’s homemade sausage pan fried and tossed through a delightful salad of rocket, walnut and
pumpkin with a honey mustard & caper berry dressing
- Waldorf salad of julienned apples, celery rings, toasted walnuts, blood orange with a blue cheese mayonnaise & black currents

- MSA Porterhouse 280g served on a delicious potato gratin with field mushroom sauce
- Arabica Dusted Yearling Grade Rib Eye 350g served on a delicious potato gratin with red wine sauce
- Crispy skinned Tasmanian salmon over garlic spinach, potato puree and salsa of kalamata olives, caper berries, tomato & basil
