Lover’s of prime Australian Beef will appreciate this Valentine’s Day menu with its various temping steak dishes.

Steaks are cooked to your liking over an open grill – you can even watch the Chefs in action via the wall mounted plasma screens. Dinner includes a Steakhouse tapas platter to share, choice of main served with sides and choice of dessert. A glass of sparkling wine will also be ready for you upon arrival

• MSA Porterhouse (280g)
• Arabica Dusted Eye Fillet (220g)
• Chef’s selection of the freshest seafood from today’s market including Moreton bay bugs, grilled prawns, seared scallops, crisp calamari and oyster bloody mary
• Porcini & wild mushroom risotto with fresh herbs shaved parmesan and truffle oil
• Crispy skinned Tasmanian salmon served over garlic spinach, potato puree and a salsa of kalamata olives, caper berries, tomato & basil
• Lemon and garlic roasted organic chicken with Mediterranean couscous & spiced herb sauce
Steaks served on potato gratin with your choice of red wine jus or field mushroom sauce
